Warrantly is a product warranty management application that provides:

Tracking of product warranty expiration dates
Storage of receipt images and proof of purchase
Customizable reminder notifications
Product categorization and organization
Barcode scanning for quick product entry

The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on mobile devices you own or control
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not allow you to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Copy, distribute, or make the App available over a network
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, user interface, and all related intellectual property, is owned by TechBasi LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

Any data you create within the App (such as warranty entries and receipt photos) remains on your device. You retain any rights you may have in your data, but you grant us no rights because we do not access, collect, or store your data.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5.2 No Warranty Guarantee

Warrantly is a tool to help you organize and track your product warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any warranty information you enter, nor do we guarantee that you will successfully make warranty claims. Always verify warranty terms with the product manufacturer or retailer.

5.3 No Professional Advice

The App does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice regarding warranty claims or consumer rights. Consult appropriate professionals for specific concerns.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHBASI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechBasi LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
