TechBasi LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Warrantly mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. The key point: Warrantly is designed with your privacy as a priority. The App operates entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
Information We Do NOT Collect
Warrantly is built on a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Crash reports or diagnostics to external servers
- Any data to third-party services or advertisers
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
To provide App functionality, Warrantly stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Product Information: Names, purchase dates, and warranty expiration dates you enter
- Receipt Images: Photos of receipts you capture or import
- Categories: How you organize your warranty items
- Notification Settings: Your reminder preferences
- Theme Preferences: Your selected visual theme

- Never leaves your device
- Is not accessible to us or any third party
- Is stored using your device's standard local storage mechanisms
- Can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing App data
Camera and Photo Library Access
Warrantly may request access to your camera and photo library to:
- Capture photos of receipts
- Import existing receipt images from your photo library
- Scan barcodes for quick product entry
These images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or transmitted externally.
Local Notifications
If you enable warranty expiration reminders, Warrantly uses your device's local notification system. Notification scheduling occurs entirely on your device—no data is sent to external push notification services.
Third-Party Services
Warrantly does not integrate with or use any third-party services, including:
- Analytics platforms
- Advertising networks
- Cloud storage providers
- Social media platforms
- Crash reporting services
Children's Privacy
Warrantly is suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
Data Security
Since all data remains on your device and is never transmitted externally, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features, including:

- To delete all data: Uninstall the App from your device
- To delete specific data: Use the App's settings to remove individual warranties or clear all data
We retain no data on any servers because we do not operate any servers for this App.
