TechBasi LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Poise mobile application (the "App"). Poise is built on a privacy-first architecture. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

- Can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing App data
Local Notifications
If you enable breathing reminders, Poise uses your device's local notification system. Notification scheduling occurs entirely on your device—no data is sent to external push notification services.

Poise does not integrate with or use any third-party services, including:
- Analytics platforms
- Advertising networks
- Cloud storage providers
- Social media platforms
- Crash reporting services
Children's Privacy
Poise is suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

Since all data remains on your device and is never transmitted externally, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features, including:

- To delete all data: Uninstall the App from your device
