What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will remove the following information:

  • Game Progress: High scores, achievements, and game statistics
  • Account Data: Any profile information we have stored
  • Support Communications: Previous support tickets and communications
  • Analytics Data: Usage patterns and gameplay analytics linked to your account
  • Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases (where applicable)

What Data Cannot Be Deleted?

Some data cannot be deleted due to technical or legal requirements:

  • Game Center/Google Play Data: Leaderboard data managed by Apple or Google (you'll need to manage this through their services)
  • Aggregated Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated data used for app improvement
  • Legal Records: Data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or safety
  • Transaction Records: Financial transaction records (managed by Apple/Google)

Before You Delete Your Account

⚠️ Important Considerations

  • Permanent Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Local Data: Game data stored locally on your device will remain until you uninstall the app
  • Re-downloading: If you reinstall TintTap later, you'll start from scratch
  • In-App Purchases: Any ad removal purchases will be lost (contact Apple/Google for refund inquiries)

Alternative Options

Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives:

🎮 Take a Break

Simply stop playing for a while. Your progress will be saved and you can return anytime.

📱 Uninstall the App

Remove TintTap from your device while keeping your cloud-saved progress intact.

🔕 Disable Notifications

Turn off game notifications through your device settings if they're bothering you.

💬 Contact Support

If you're experiencing issues with the game, our support team may be able to help resolve them.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send us an email with your deletion request. Include the following information:

  • Subject line: "TintTap Account Deletion Request"
  • Your Game Center ID (iOS) or Google Play Games ID (Android)
  • Device information (iPhone/Android model)
  • Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

Managing Platform-Specific Data

🍎 iOS / Game Center

To remove Game Center data:

  • Go to Settings → Game Center
  • Tap your profile
  • Select "Privacy & Settings"
  • Choose "Clear All Game Data"

📱 Android / Google Play Games

To remove Google Play Games data:

  • Open Google Play Games app
  • Go to Settings
  • Select "Delete account and data"
  • Choose "Delete individual game data"
